What we collect

When you send a booking request, group enquiry or message on this website, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, dates, number of guests and notes. Questions the 298 Assistant could not answer may also be stored so that we can improve its answers.

How we use it

Your details are only used by the front desk to contact you, confirm bookings and advise on our services. We never sell or share them with third parties for advertising.

Storage

Requests are stored in an internal spreadsheet belonging to 298 Resort on Google Drive, accessible only to assigned staff.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to count visits and improve the experience. These tools use cookies and do not collect your name or phone number.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing salesdoan298@gmail.com or calling 0254 6275 575.
